“Aphros” Loureiro – bright, fresh, aromatic white biodynamic wine made from Portuguese autochthonous grape variety Loureiro. Vines are grown in Lima, in the Vigno Verde sub-region. The vineyard with an area of more than 20 hectares has a southern exposure. Harvested by hand in the second half of September. After maceration with grape skin, the must is pressed. The resulting juice is decanted, fermented at a temperature of 12 to 18 C, aged in steel tanks for 2 months, filtered and bottled.
