Dominio de Valdelacasa – red wine, for the production of which use 100% Tinta de Toro, Valdecasa grown in the province. After harvest, the berries are fermented and subsequent maceration in stainless steel vats for 7 or 8 days, respectively. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel vats. Vintage 2009 was kept 7 months in French oak barrels and was bottled in July 2011.
