Wine “Campo alla Sughera”, Toscana IGT, 2015

“Campo alla Sughera” – the flagship, outstanding super-Tuscan wine farms Kampo alla Suger, which has an incredible refinement and originality. The wine is made from grape varieties Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, harvested by hand at the best sites in Bolgheri. Vinification, which takes place with special care and separately for each variety, includes fermentation and maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 C. Then the young wines mature in barriques for at least 24 months. After drawing up the final blend, the wine is aged 36 months in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
