Wine Cantina de Pra, Traminer, Trevenezie IGP

Cantina de Pra, Traminer – aromatic dry white wine made from Traminer grapes, which is grown in the heart of the Treviso region, between the municipalities of Ormelle, Ponte di Piave and Motta di Livenza. Harvested from mid-September by hand in small boxes. At the winery, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration. The pure juice obtained after pressing and static decantation is fermented at a controlled temperature. The wine goes well with white meat, grilled fish, avocado salads, Asian dishes.
