Fontedoccia – dry red wine created by master winemakers blend of two grapes – Sangiovese (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). The grapes grown on the vineyard Fontedoccia in Tuscany, which is located on soils with rich underwater springs. Harvesting is carried out only to achieve optimum fruit maturity. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins takes place over 20 days with regular irrigation remontazhem and caps. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic naichnaetsya.
