Wine Cantina della Torre, Chianti DOCG, 2022

Cantina della Torre Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is a red dry wine made from grapes of Cannonau, the most valuable and popular red variety on the coast of Sardinia. There is an assumption that Cannonau di Sardegna is the most ancient Mediterranean wine. Grapes for wine are collected by hand in late September – early October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. Then the wine is aged in barrels from the Slavonian oak. The wine has a fresh taste with a pleasant, long aftertaste, it perfectly complements any meat dish.
