Wine Cantina della Valle, Chardonnay

Cantina della Valle, Chardonnay is a table white wine with a fragrant fruity aroma and a balanced, fresh taste. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in Veneto, in the province of Padua. Harvested between the second and third decade of September. After traditional fermentation, the wine is aged for 3 months in stainless steel containers and 2 months in bottles before being released for sale. Chardonnay will make a good combination with fish dishes, risotto with mushrooms, soups.
