Capanna, Rosso di Montalcino – red wine, which is traditionally created from Sangiovese grown in one of the most popular wine producing regions of Italy – Tuscany, in the picturesque hills Monatlchino. Ten-year vines grow on rocky soils and annually produce a good crop of grapes. The berries are harvested in September, resulting mash ferment “on the skins” in steel containers in terms of thermoregulation within 18-22 days. Exposure is carried out in Slavonian oak barrels for 2 years. Wine Rosso di Montalcino from the company Capanna has a silky, rich taste and rich aroma with notes of fruit and spice. The perfect wine to accompany red meat, pasta and prosciutto.
