Wine “Capellana” Bobal, Utiel-Requena DOP

Dry ros wine “Capellana” Rosado, Utiel-Requena DO is made from the autochthonous Bobal grapes grown at an altitude of 700 m above sea level. The cultivation of grapes takes place in accordance with the requirements of environmental safety; the wine has a corresponding certificate of conformity. The vineyards are simultaneously influenced by the continental climate (with a sharp temperature drop) and the proximity of the Mediterranean coast, which brings soft sea breezes. These terroir features are reflected in the taste of this young wine with a strong personality.
