Wine Carpineta Fontalpino, “Do Ut Des”, Toscana IGT, 2017

“Do Ut Des” – fine wine farms Carpineta Fontalpino, referring to the category “Supertuscan.” The possible variations in the proportions of “alignment of roles” in the classic blend is unchanged: Cabernet Sauvignon gives strength and structure, Merlot – sweetness and aroma, Sangiovese – light sour cherry. In the process of vinification of Merlot and Cabernet is macerated for 20 days and Sangiovese – 18 days. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature. Matured wine “Before Ut Des” in large 225-liter barriques for 18 months.
