“Castel Firmian” Pinot Grigio is a wonderful white wine made from the grape variety of the same name, grown in the company’s own vineyards in Trentino, in the Adige Valley. The wine is produced using the traditional method with short maceration on the skins to maximise the transfer of the variety of aromatic shades, strengthening the structure and richness of the wine. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at low temperatures (between 18 and 20 C).
Castel Firmian Pinot Grigio is a very stylish and elegant wine with good minerality and excellent balance. The DOC classification indicates that the wine meets strict requirements for terroir and grape variety, compliance with technological process standards, and alcohol content. Before release, the wine undergoes strict tasting.
The 2024 vintage was awarded a bronze medal at the 2025 International Wine Challenge.
