Sale! Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Bure Alto, 2012 is an intense and drinkable semi-dry wine made from three grape varieties, the best Amarone according to the producer himself. The fruits are grown in the hilly area of “Bure Alto” at an altitude of 180 meters, where the soil consists of lime and clay. The harvest takes place from mid-September to mid-October. Selected grapes are dried for several months in natural conditions, and then gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in winter at low temperatures, and the wine is aged for a long 7 years in French oak tonne. After bottling, the wine also spends an additional 12 months in the bottle before sale. The annual circulation is 2000 pieces.
