Wine “Cyan” Roble, Toro DO, 2017

“Matarromera” Reserva – one of the most prestigious red wines in the region of Ribera del Duero, an icon of Spanish winemaking. Vintage 2013 demonstrates excellent fruit character, which is in balance with the soft notes of oak, has an excellent structure and a very long finish. Tempranillo for making wine is grown in several vineyards at an altitude of 725 to 790 meters, which were planted in 1994. Harvest 2013 was collected throughout October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28C lasted about 14 days. Exposure for 18 months took place in the new 225-liter American oak oak medium roas from Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Minnesota. After bottling “Matarromera” Reserva matured in bottles 24 months. Wine storage capacity is 10 years.
