Wine Domaine Naturaliste, “Discovery” Syrah, 2020

Line “Discovery” – a great introduction to the range of wines Margaret River. Handicraft approach and quality materials result in beautifully balanced and expressive wines.
“Discovery” Syrah – notable for its aroma and attractive already in his youth wine with fine-grained ripe tannins that give it structure and depth. The grapes to create wine are harvested at moderate maturity to preserve the elegance and natural acidity of the variety. Whole berries are fermented together with whole bunches (25%) at 20 to 22C, resulting in a subtle, refined aroma and a touch of wild spice. Aging of wine on fine lees is carried out in large 500-liter French oak punches, 15% of which are new, and lasts 10 months. “Discovery” Syrah can be stored and developed for 5 years.
