Dornach, “1” Pinot Bianco is a slender, light, really summer wine that the producer described as “a guy in short shorts and flip flops at a party with friends. No more, no less . “ Grapes for its production are grown in the biodynamic vineyard “Untere Steigleiten”, located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. Harvesting is done manually. After short maceration on the skin and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged in steel vats and oak barrels for several months. “1” Pinot Bianco is produced in very small quantities – only 900 bottles per year.
