Blend wine Fabiano, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is made up of three red grape varieties grown in the Veneto region, in north-eastern Italy. The proportions of grape varieties Corvina, Korvinone, Rondinella and Molinara can be presented in different percentages and vary depending on the year. Sort Corwin dominates and is the link of all the blend. This variety has good acidity, excellent depth and gives the drink a bright shades of dark cherries. Fabiano family history in the wine industry began in 1912, when Francesco Fabiano opened a wine shop in Venice, a few steps from the Basilica of San Marco.
