To create white dry wine Farina, Pinot Grigio, Veneto IGT, the producer used grapes of the same name grown in Veneto. The soil of the vineyards is rich in limestone and clay, which gives the wine a special aroma. Crop harvested by hand. The berries are separated from the ridges and subjected to pressing immediately after harvest. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at a temperature not higher than 18 C. Before aging, the wine is cleaned of sediment.
