Wine Fonterenza, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 2017

Tenute Rossetti, Bianco Toscana IGT is an exquisite white dry wine made from Vermentino, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes. The harvest is collected when the berries reach the optimum level of sugar content. The grapes are carefully sorted and supplied to the winery, where the berries are gently pressed. The wort is fermented at a controlled temperature of 12-14 C in stainless steel vats. The wine is excellent with cold appetizers, fish dishes with vegetables, as well as with various cheeses.
