The Clear Streams range of wines, crafted with true terroir in mind, reflect the best of the pure and picturesque nature of the Western Cape and its ideal microclimate. The grapes are grown in optimal conditions, resulting in fruity, elegant and refined wines with wonderful flavours and aromas.
Friesland, “Clear Streams” Shiraz is a dry red wine made from hand-picked Shiraz grapes. Maceration and fermentation are carried out using the classic red wine technology in temperature-controlled metal tanks. Aging on French oak staves to add complexity to the wine lasts 36 months.
