Gramercy Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2013 is a great wine, about which the famous American wine critic Jeb Dannak wrote: “I compared the Cabernet of 2013 with the top wines from Margot … and it’s worth the comparison . “ The blend of wine traditionally includes three varieties, the percentage of which varies annually: the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Merlot and Petit Verdot. In 2013, the grapes came from seven vineyards located in the Columbia Valley. Extract for 22 months in French oak barrels (40% new) enriched the wine with characteristic notes of aging and wood, which after 2-4 years fully integrated into the taste, making it more elegant and concentrated. Presumably, the vintage of 2013 will be perfectly preserved until 2040.
