Wine Harewood Estate, Great Southern Riesling, 2023

“Riva Ranch” Chardonnay – dry white wine, fully revealing a rich, balanced style of Chardonnay appellasona Arroyo Seco. Thanks to the ideal climatic conditions, cool growing season and deep rocky soil the vines ripen slowly and evenly, saturating the natural sweetness and acidity. Harvesting is carried out only to achieve optimum fruit maturity. 90% of the wort is fermented in new and 2-year-old barrels of French and American oak with regular batonnazhem. The remaining 10% of the wort fermented in stainless steel containers. Matured wine is 8 months in barrels made of American, French and European oak.
