Il Paradiso di Manfredi, Rosso di Montalcino DOC is a mature red wine with an expressive taste and bright aroma. It is made from Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello) grapes grown in the Tuscany region. The hand-picked grapes are removed from the stems, crushed and placed in concrete fermentation vats for 25 days without adding yeast. Then the wort is placed in oak barrels for further aging for 13-14 months. The wine is recommended to be consumed in combination with red meat, game, poultry, smoked meats and mature cheeses.
