Wine La Sala, Campo all’Albero, Toscana IGT, 2018

La Sala, Campo all’Albero – exquisite dry red wine, a true expression of the Tuscan terroir. The wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties grown in areas located at an altitude of 200-300 m above sea level. Merlot is harvested in mid-September, and Cabernet Sauvignon is allowed to ripen until the end of October. The grapes are macerated for three weeks under controlled temperature conditions. The wort is aged in French oak barriques for 24 months. After bottling another 12 months of La Sala, Campo Al’Albero spends in bottles to acquire the necessary aroma and rich taste.

Experts call this wine “wine for meditation”, that is, created for complete and unconditional enjoyment. An ideal complement for him will be red meat, venison and game dishes.
