La Vis, “Vich” Sauvignon, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is an elegant dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 350-450 meters above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September in small boxes and slightly cooled. After a short cold maceration, pressing is carried out. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 10-12 months. After light filtration, the wine is bottled and sent to the cellar for aging for another 6 months. The wine is perfect as an aperitif, as well as in combination with light salads, appetizers, lean fish, seafood, crustaceans and cheeses.
