Lambardi, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, 2019 is a wine that reflects the energetic and sunny character of one of the most successful harvests for the region in the last decade. The peculiarity of this vintage is its rare concentration and at the same time amazing elegance: Brunello di Montalcino Lambardi 2019 harvest already reveals bright fruity and spicy shades, but is capable of developing for a long time in the bottle. This wine will be a real highlight of the collection and an excellent choice for long-term storage.

Production begins with manual harvesting and strict selection of berries. After destemming, cold maceration is applied, followed by prolonged fermentation at temperatures below 30 C, which allows for the maximum preservation of the subtle nuances of aroma and taste. Aging takes 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels (30 hl and 50 hl) and 2 years in bottles. This approach ensures the harmonious development of structure and aroma, making the wine capable of long-term evolution.

In 2019, the weather in Montalcino was stable and warm, with optimal rainfall in the spring and a long, dry summer, which ensured the perfect ripening of the Sangiovese grapes. Only the best bunches from the vineyards located at an altitude of 300-350 meters above sea level are used for production, which allows maintaining the balance between ripeness and freshness.
