Wine Maria Caterina Dei, Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, 2021, 1.5 L

Rosso Montepulciano – dry red wine with well-balanced tannins and a pleasant fruity fragrance, created in the region, Montepulciano, Tuscany. In the process of wine production facilities winemakers use techniques such as soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature (26 -28 C) in neutral vessels, maceration (10-12 days). The wine is aged in barrels of Slavonian oak and then bottled after a further 3 months.

Family of Mary Catherine Dei is famous worldwide as a manufacturer of elegant fruit wines and is one of the major leaders in the creation of modern Italian wine production. Economy Dei owns 4 plots of land, part of a total of 100 hectares (region Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy). One-third of the land Dei, located on the most successful areas occupied by vineyards.
