Wine “Monteguelfo” I Merli, Toscana IGT, 2019

Balanced, full of juicy fruit wine shades Monteguelfo “I Merli” is created from the grown in the region of Tuscany varieties Merlot and Sangiovese. The generous sun of the Maremma and well-textured, rich sandstone soils give Merlot the fullness and richness of flavor. A grown on clay soils Sangiovese gives to the future of the wine fine tannins and a long, steady sound.

After harvest, the berries were pressed and fermentation in stainless steel containers. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature and with maceration lasts 15 days. After that, the wine is bottled, where Monteguelfo “and Merlot” is aged for at least two months.
