“Meridies” – a dry white wine made from the harvest of 25-year-old vines Garganega varieties planted in the system Pergola and Guyot. It boasts bright aromas of honeysuckle and melon, elegant taste and a dry aftertaste. The grapes for the creation of “Meridies” harvested in late October. After soft pressing the must is fermented with the addition of a special type of wine yeast with regular stirring of the sediment. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees until March.
“Meridies” vintage 2011 received the Gold Star of the competition “Vinibuoni d’Italia” in 2013, and the 2009 vintage was awarded a bronze medal at the “Decanter World Wine Awards, 2012”.
