“Colle dei Cipressi” – a line of high-quality refined monosortovye red and white wines from the Italian company Natale Verga. Young wines of the line are not intended for long-term storage. The wines have an excellent price-quality ratio and are able to make an excellent gastronomic pair for many dishes.

“Colle dei Cipressi” Chianti DOCG – dry red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown on stony-calcareous soils of the Chianti region. Sangiovese gives the wine good acidity and high tannin, as well as a rich red-ruby color. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. The wine is made in accordance with the rules of Chianti. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, so it has a fresh, young, bright and fairly strong taste. Wine is recommended to be served with baked meat, game, grilled meat, veal, beef and cheeses.

Natale Verga company was founded in 1895 by Enrico Verga and for four generations passed from father to son together with the family secrets of winemaking, rich experience and respect for traditions. Today, after a century of activity, the winery enjoys a very good reputation in the wine market. Today, the company is led by Natale Verga, who runs it with the effective support of Giancarlo’s father and sisters Christina and Laura.

The company’s modern plant is located in Como, in the province of Cermenate. It covers an area of 20 thousand square meters, annual production is up to 25,000 hectoliters. Wine bottling is carried out using the latest technology. The company has two fully automated lines that provide productivity up to 10 thousand bottles per hour. Thanks to its own laboratory, which is equipped with advanced technologies, constant monitoring of wine production at all stages is guaranteed.
