Wine Petrolo, “Boggina B”, Toscana IGT, 2019

The name of the wine “Boggina” received from the homonymous hill on which is grown Sangiovese for this cuvee. Vineyard on the hill in 1950 broke the grandfather of the current owner of Fattoria Petrol Luke Sandzhusta. Fermentation of wort passes in neutral vessels, and malolactic fermentation – in barriques and large oak barrels. Aging wine in French barriques, one third of which is updated annually, lasts 18 months. Wine storage capacity is 15-20 years.
