The process of creating the wine “Naturae” Chardonnay is very complex, especially in view of the fact that the product is produced without the use of chemical additives. Vigilance and diligence team is awarded a bright presentation of the true nature of wine Chardonnay. Immediately after harvesting the berries are pressed and chilled wort undergoes rapid alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 18 C. The wine is filtered twice and immediately bottled to preserve all the aromatic properties. Further exposure is carried out directly in the bottle.
