Sale! Terre del Bruno, “Le More Nere”, Toscana IGT – a luxurious, full-bodied wine, created from Merlot grapes, which grows in the vineyard of the farm, broken at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 16 years. Planting density – 3500-5000 vines per hectare. Harvesting is carried out manually after the berries reach the optimum ripeness level, as a rule – in late August early September. At the winery, the fruits are separated from the ridges, delicately pressed and subjected to vinification. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28 C. Maceration lasts 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and lasts until the end of December. Wine is aged for 18-20 months in new French oak barrels with a volume of 225 liters. After bottling, the wine rests for 6-7 months in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
The annual production volume is 8000 bottles.
