“Volpi” Gavi DOCG is an elegant white dry wine made from the grape variety of Cortez, grown in the commune of Gavi. At the end of harvesting, the berries are subjected to soft pressing followed by fermentation, which takes place in steel tanks with strict temperature control. “Volpi” Gavi is excellent as an aperitif, and also in combination with risotto, pasta, fish, seafood, light snacks and fruits.
