Wine “Turmhof” Cabernet Sauvignon, 2010 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the region of Alto Adige Zyudtirol-DOC in the town at an altitude of 230-320 Kurtash meters above sea level. The plot has a southeast exposure. Vineyard soils, mainly with a high content of chalk gravel. Stocking density of vines – 7000 plants per hectare. Age of vines – about 15 years. Vinification process comprises fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration in large casks of oak. Wine is aged for 8 months in oak barrels. Wine storage potential is 5-7 years.

Wine producer is Tifenbrunner company that produces high-quality beverages, based on innovative technologies. The winery is located in the village of Kurtash and dates from the XII century. To date, the owners of the estate are Tifenbrunner Herbert and his son Christophe, who are considered experts in the world drinks. Every year, farms produce 750,000 bottles, 70% of which occur in white wines.
