Wine Uggiano, “Prestige” Chianti Classico DOCG, 2019

“Falco de’Neri”, Chianti Classico DOCG – attractive red wine, in the manufacture of which winemakers used grapes Sangiovese with a small part of Canaiolo Nero varieties. The vineyards are situated on calcareous soils in the area of Chianti Classico. Hand harvesting is carried out only to achieve optimum fruit maturity. At the winery the fruit subjected to sorting and traditional vinification. Matured wine in oak barrels for six months.
Wine “Falco de’Neri”, Chianti Classico DOCG make an excellent couple of meat on the grill, venison, pasta and mature cheeses.
