Wine Venica & Venica, “Prime Note” Bianco delle Venezie IGT, 2022

“Talis” Pinot Bianco, 2013 – fragrant and elegant dry white wine is golden straw color with a clean, well-balanced taste. Wine will be a decent company to fish dishes and appetizers, soups, consomme, cheese, risotto and pasta and zucchini. It is produced from Pinot Bianco vines which grow in mineral-rich soils. Berries are a 12-hour maceration at low temperature. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats for 7-10 days.

This family owned company was founded in 1929 and in a relatively short period of time has achieved recognition among winemakers and sommeliers, and then began to buy land on the sunny slopes of hills in the region of Collio (Italy), in order to improve the quality of the grapes. Today the company is run by two brothers – Gianni and Giorgio, continues the family tradition of winemaking and perfection process of wine production.
